The Diocese of Menevia . . .

is part of the Province of Wales, has its Curial Offices in Swansea and includes the Deaneries of Aberystwyth, Carmarthen, Llandrindod Wells, Haverfordwest, Port Talbot and Swansea.  It takes its name from St. David's ancient see.  Click on the map to view other towns of the Diocese.

Forthcoming Events  at Our Lady of the Taper, Cardigan . . .

• The National Pilgrimage to Cardigan takes place on Sunday May 4th, 1.30pm confessions, 2.30pm Rosary Procession. 3pm Mass. 4.15 tea break. 5pm Blessing of the sick and Benediction.
• There is the 40 hours devotion Thursday May 22nd.
• UCM pilgrimage July 6th.
• Latin Mass Society Pilgrimage on August 17th.

Almighty and eternal God, give us the grace and strength to carry out the work entrusted to us in the Diocese of Menevia.  Bless our families and our parishes.  You call men and women from our families to serve you as priests, deacons and in the religious life.  May we read the signs of these vocations in others and help them to follow you.  We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord.
